  3. Aw, this was a very good post. Taking a few minutes and actual effort to make a very good article… but what can I say… I procrastinate a lot and don’t manage to get anything done.

  4. So — been using this thing for maybe six months now and I keep coming back, reckon I’d say something since a mate asked me the other day. Am based in the UK, mostly stick to footie and the horses, nothing mad, for context.

How I found it was actually a bit daft — I never could get my head round what an e/w return actually came to once you get five places instead of three. I’d just eyeball it and moan when the payout landed. Now stick my stake in before every slip, even a simple single bet.

The single bet calculator is the one I use most — you put in the price and your stake and you get returns with no faffing, either odds format. There’s also the fiddly ones — doubles and trebles maths, lucky 15s, a yankee, and that’s where most people I know got it wrong. Have a go yourself, it’s over at each way bet calculator and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.

One thing that genuinely changed how I bet was the nerdier extras. The probability converter that shows how much the bookie’s taking, and a kelly criterion calculator — I use half kelly because full kelly is terrifying. The dutch tool gets used a fair bit for when I’m splitting a race.

Not all sunshine though. Its interface looks very functional, let’s say — zero flash, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. Phone-wise it’s usable but the acca grid need a bit of scrolling. There’s no proper app, just the site — slight shame just flagging it.

Right, that’s me. Doesn’t cost anything, no ads shoved in your face, does what it says. Anyone who still adds it up in their head, try it — saved me a fair few arguments with the bookie.

  6. So — have been messing about with this thing for maybe five months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, so thought I’d chuck my thoughts in since a lad on another thread asked me the other day. I’m UK based, generally do football and horses, a fiver here and there, so take it how you like.

What got me on it was actually embarrassing — I never could work out what an ew payout would be when the place terms changed. I’d just guess and get a shock. Now punch the numbers in before I place anything, even a simple single bet.

The single bet calculator tool is the part I use most — type in stake and odds and it shows returns instantly, fractions or decimals. It also handles the multiples — doubles and trebles maths, lucky 15 and lucky 63, patents and yankees, which is where I always mess it up. Have a go yourself, it lives at betting odds converter — free, no signup.

What really shifted things for me were the more serious tools. There’s an implied probability calculator that shows how much the bookie’s taking, plus a kelly staking calculator — I run quarter kelly as the full version is far too aggressive. The dutching one is handy too if I’m splitting a race.

Not all sunshine though. Its design feels pretty plain — zero polish, it’s clearly function over form. Phone-wise it works though the bigger tables are a squeeze. There’s nothing on the app store, it’s a website and that’s it — fine by me but you asked.

So yeah. Costs nowt, not plastered in adverts, does what it says. If you still works out returns on a calculator app, give it a go — saved me a fair few arguments with the bookie.

  7. Right — been using this thing for maybe five months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, reckon I’d chuck my thoughts in since a lad on another thread asked me last week. Am in the UK, mainly do football and horses, small stakes, for context.

What got me on it was genuinely embarrassing — I could never get my head round what an each way payout would be when the place terms changed. I used to just wing it and get a shock. These days I stick my stake in before every slip, even a straight one-selection punt.

The single bet calculator is the bit I use most — type in the price and your stake and it spits out returns straight away, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. It also handles the multiples — acca and treble returns, a lucky 15, patents and yankees, and that’s where I always mess it up. If you fancy a poke about, it lives at no vig odds calculator and it’s free with no account nonsense.

What genuinely changed how I bet is the geekier bits. There’s an implied probability thing that shows how much the bookie’s taking, and there’s the kelly criterion tool — I stick to fractional kelly as the full version is a quick route to a dead bankroll. The dutch tool gets used a fair bit when I’m splitting a race.

Not all sunshine though. Its interface is very functional, let’s say — zero polish, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. Phone-wise it’s usable though the bigger tables need a bit of scrolling. Also there’s no app, it’s browser only — doesn’t bother me but you asked.

So yeah. Free, barely any ads, does the job. If anyone still does the maths on paper, try it — saved me plenty of arguments with the bookie.

  10. Если нужно быстро узнать, как сыграла любимая команда, сначала захожу на https://mayscor.ru/. Потом уже читаю подробные обзоры. Такой порядок для меня самый удобный.

  11. Hey I know this is off topic but I was wondering if you knew of any widgets I could add to my blog that automatically tweet my newest twitter updates. I’ve been looking for a plug-in like this for quite some time and was hoping maybe you would have some experience with something like this. Please let me know if you run into anything. I truly enjoy reading your blog and I look forward to your new updates.

  13. May I simply just say what a relief to find someone who genuinely understands what they are discussing on the internet. You actually realize how to bring an issue to light and make it important. More and more people should check this out and understand this side of the story. It’s surprising you aren’t more popular given that you surely have the gift.
